1.1 How do I place an order?

You may place an order via our email info@bella-angels.com or by simply clicking on the product you want to buy, ‘add to cart, then click “buy” and either “continue shopping” or “proceed to checkout”. Once you are ready to make a payment of the product(s) you selected, you will fill in the required information on the payment page as well as select your preferred payment method. Once you are done filling in those details, click“confirm” and sit back and relax as we process your purchase and deliver your product in 3-5 working days.

1.2 How do I know the payment methods are secure?

Not only do we use the most trusted and secure payment gateways in the industry, we also offer you the option of making a payment either by making a direct bank deposit (at a branch or ATM), or by making a traditional online payment (EFT). For your convenience however, we do encourage you to make use of our payment gateways, as this allows for your purchase to be processed more quickly and makes it easier to shop next time.

1.3 Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, you do not need to have an account to make a purchase. However, having an account makes it easy for you to make purchases as you will not need to enter your information every time you want to buy something. Your information will already be stored. You can easily view your past orders, check status on current orders and track
shipment too.

1.4 How do I pay for my purchase?

You can pay for your purchase using one of the following options:
1. Direct bank deposit: You can deposit the money directly into our account at any branch or ATM
2. Online payment: You can make an online payment (EFT) from your account to ours. This option will only be cleared and processed once the money reflects on our system. Bella Angels will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

1.5 Are my details disclosed to other companies?

No, we do not disclose your information to third parties. Your information is securely stored and only used for the purposes of processing your order(s) and deliveries.

1.6 I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Coupon Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been confirmed to have been received by us. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account”  if you are a registered user and or the “Track Order” page.


2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on South African Time (UTC/GMT +2hours).

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

If your purchased item is in stock, it will be delivered to your chosen address within 3-5 working days, once your order has been successfully processed. The processing of orders usually takes a day, on condition that the customer has provided all the necessary information and paid on time.

2.3 Which areas do you ship to?

We deliver to all areas in South Africa. For most areas, we do a door-to-door delivery. However for areas outside the serviceable areas, i.e rural areas, the customer will pick up the package at the nearest post office. For areas outside of South Africa, delivery regions will vary according to the shipping method selected. Please contact our office to get more information on this.

2.4 How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of R100 on all orders for delivery anywhere in South Africa. For areas outside of South Africa, shipping costs vary according to your exact location. Please contact our office to get more information on this.

2.5 How will I know when my product has been shipped?

Bella Angels will send you an automatic email when your product has been shipped.

2.6 How Do I Track My Order?

We have a page dedicated specially to the tracking of orders, which you can view here. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you may check the status of your product.

2.7 What shipping methods do you use?

We use a courier service that delivers the products to your door. For areas outside the serviceable areas, i.e rural areas, the products will be delivered to the nearest post office for your collection.

2.8 Can I pre-order?

Only items under the pre-order section can be pre-ordered. Items that are available on pre-order are items that are not in stock at the moment, and therefore can only be delivered in 14 working days or more. Should there be any delays, our office will keep you updated on that.

2.9 I have yet to receive my parcel within the stipulated time frame. Whom can I contact?

You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” at to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at info@bell-angels.com and we will assist you further.
